I've been a little quiet over the last couple of weeks due to a nasty coldly bug which managed to find it's way to my chest :( On the road to recovery now and on a happier note I have managed to finish another painting...It's now all mounted and framed ready to hang at the Mother Nature Exhibition that is still showing at the Dugdale Centre in Enfield Town Middlesex. I'm enjoying exhibition life and it's keeping me rather busy, which is keeping my creative juices flowing! I'm working on a few more pieces which I hope to have finished for our next exhibition at Capel Manor college and Gardens. This is going to be part of the Taste of Autumn show at the end of September (last weekend of September).
Then the exhibition is going to run for one more week so it can be viewed by an horticulture conference that is being held on the second Saturday of September...So I best get on with my next painting!

Hi Julie, so good to hear that things are going really well for you. Not so great that you have been a bit unwell though :(. Capel Manor is such a great place, the fetival should be great.

Really beautiful painting of Dicentra, gorgeous colour and light.

Nice color choice on the blog. It is really easy on my eyes and I have bad eyes too so that's a really big compliment lol
